Shipping

When you place an order from us, your order can be delivered to any Australia address with delivery charge of AU$7.95 per order.  Free delivery on orders over AUD$150. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Delivery can take up to 7 business days after payment has received.  If you want the order urgently, you need to add extra AU$5.00 for the Express Post and it will reach you within 2 working days.  We pride ourselves in customer service and getting your items to you in the condition you expect them too.  Most of our domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post parcel post. 

We will not take responsibility for loss or damage order unless shipping insurance is purchased (Shipping Insurance will be automatically calculated during checkout).  Please ensure you provide a safe and secure address when placing your order.
