Returns

My Kal Fashion prides itself on offering quality merchandise.  Our returns policies, with regards to Faulty or Damaged Goods, comply with their obligations under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth). We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs.  

However, no refund will be given if the goods are used, damaged or faulty.  We will not refund or replace products that are faulty due to acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised alteration or repair.  Also, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods if you have changed your mind about an item purchased.      For all returns please email sales@mykalfashion.com.au with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund.  We will then email you a Return Form to complete.  You need to send back to us your original receipt, the completed Return Form together with the undamaged items.
